The other day I went out to the survival site and cooked up some chicken, tuna, and rice, along with some coffee.
I used the Procamptek Ultimate Fire Tinder to start my fire in the stove. For the ignition source, I chose an Exotac ferro rod, which I keep in my Maxpedition fire kit pouch along with other Procamptek Tinder products.
The fire was lit on the first strike which reinforced my preference for the Procamptek Ultimate Fire Tinder.
It has repeatedly been the quickest, easiest and always dependable tinder material that I use on a regular basis.
I simply love this stuff and I make sure that I keep an ample supply of it on hand at all times.
I cooked my food and it turned out great. Then I fired up some coffee as the stove was still lit with a good flame. I used leaves, sticks, and pine bark in my stove as fuel. There is always plenty of that stuff available around the survival site.
It only takes a pinch of the Procamptek Ultimate Fire Tinder to get a fire going. I put it on a piece of pine bark and then hit it with the Exotac ferro rod. Then I simply dump it into the natural fuel prepped stove along with the piece of bark. The blaze then commences.
It didn’t take long to heat up my food and coffee. And it sure hit the spot and was a very enjoyable meal.
